a beautiful open space with subway-tiled walls + panelled windows, you can peer directly into the bakery to see the team in action preparing + baking all the bagels for the day. the design of the bagel shop + bakery was influenced by francesca’s favourite coffee shops + brunch spots in new york with the aim to create a wholesome bakery vibe on the farm with nods to her favourite city throughout

bagels + schmear® is joined at the farm by over twenty unique stores including the long-established battlers green farm shop together with a fishmonger, butcher, florist + so much more. with ample free parking, why not make a day of it?
