In-Store / Click + Collect Orders

All of our products are freshly prepared + inspected by our team prior to being displayed in the shop for purchase. We are confident that when our products leave our hands into yours, they are in perfect condition.

If you are unhappy with the condition of any of your goods purchased at bagels + schmear, please let us know by emailing us at hello@bagelsandschmear.co.uk within 24 hours of your purchase with photographic evidence.

If you do not let us know of a problem within 24 hours from the time you purchased the goods, or if you dispose of any of our goods without having first obtained photographic evidence, we will not be able to accept your claim. bagels + schmear will not accept liability for any complaints made after this time.

Once your Click + Collect is placed, you will have until 24 hours before the collection time to edit or cancel your order. If you realise you want to edit your order or are not able to collect after the cut off time has passed, please contact us by emailing hello@bagelsandschmear.co.uk and we will do our best to accomodate. If we have started preparing your order whilst in the 24 hour period, we cannot offer a refund.

Online Orders - Everything Bagel Seasoning

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in; fully sealed, sellable condition. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit, so it is recommended you ship tracked and retain proof of postage.  To start a return, you can contact us at hello@bagelsandschmear.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note return postage is paid by you.
