All of our products are freshly prepared + inspected by our team prior to being displayed in the shop for purchase. We are confident that when our products leave our hands into yours, they are in perfect condition.

If you are unhappy with the condition of any of your goods purchased at bagels + schmear, please let us know by emailing us at hello@bagelsandschmear.co.uk within 24 hours of your purchase with photographic evidence.

If you do not let us know of a problem within 24 hours from the time you purchased the goods, or if you dispose of any of our goods without having first obtained photographic evidence, we will not be able to accept your claim.
