bagels + schmear® serves freshly baked New York-style bagels, every Wednesday to Sunday. Each bagel is individually hand-rolled, boiled in small batches + baked to achieve the perfect balance of a crisp exterior + soft, chewy centre.

A beautiful open space with subway-tiled walls + panelled windows, you can peer directly into the bakery to see the team in action preparing + baking all the bagels for the day. The design of the bagel shop + bakery was influenced by Francesca’s favourite coffee shops + brunch spots in New York with the aim to create a wholesome bakery vibe on the farm with nods to her favourite city throughout.

bagels + schmear® is joined at the farm by over twenty unique stores including the long-established Battlers Green Farm shop together with a fishmonger, butcher, florist + so much more.
